For hour long lunch breaks spent in the office parking lot right under the flight path of a major airport. Watching airplanes arriving and departing for a full hour nourishes me so much more than any meal ever would (or could). A stressful day at work can be turned around by laying on my back and looking skyward on a cloudless sunny day
