For hour long lunch breaks spent in the office parking lot right under the flight path of a major airport. Watching airplanes arriving and departing for a full hour nourishes me so much more than any meal ever would (or could). A stressful day at work can be turned around by laying on my back and looking skyward on a cloudless sunny day

For strong gusting winds, sleet and snow in April. Not something to be thankful for, but I am grateful that for days as such, I am able to find my sense of humor and give nods to Mother Nature for pulling the ultimate April Fools trick
